commited to making a difference.
I'm Audrey-Ann Turcot, a strategist and manager with an entrepreneurial flair and a socially-engaged spirit. Available this fall for a new professional challenge.
about
Bilingual professional in communications, marketing, and fundraising, I bring over 13 years of experience across diverse environments—from SMEs and nonprofits to the federal political scene. My background has equipped me with a strong strategic vision, the ability to lead large-scale projects, and proven leadership in team management.
As National Director of Communications & Fundraising for the Green Party of Canada, I led major transformations, including the development and launch of a new national brand identity—the first in over 20 years—and the complete overhaul of an 1,800+ page website. I also directed the party’s most successful year-end fundraising campaign in the past 5 years, helped prepare for the 2025 general election, and oversaw a multidisciplinary team and external collaborators across the country.
My path has also taken me through leadership roles in SMEs and on nonprofit boards, along with seven years as an independent consultant. These experiences have allowed me to combine operational discipline, strategic agility, and relational intelligence to help resource-constrained organizations grow with purpose.
With an MBA in Social and Environmental Responsibility, I’m driven by mission-aligned projects at the intersection of strategic creativity, social impact, and collective mobilization. I thrive in complex environments where vision, action, and human-centered leadership must go hand in hand.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations (Université du Québec à Montréal)
MBA in Social and Environmental Responsibility (Université Laval)
